Loving Yourself, Loving Your Body
A weekend or five-day workshop
This workshop is about freeing ourselves from learned behavior and acquired attitudes that prevent us from loving and respecting our bodies.
We begin by seeing how feelings of unworthiness and self-condemnation negatively affect our bodies and our psyche.
We use different techniques, including body-awareness, painting, touch and breathing to dissolve self-destructive patterns stored in the body.
Once dissolved, an inner door opens to deep relaxation, stillness, silence and meditation.
